There are a few reasons why you may be having playback issues with our videos. Try the troubleshooting steps below.

Clear Your Cache

If your videos are glitching or unable to play, you may need to clear your browsers’ cache. Once you have cleared your cache, try restarting your computer and playing the video again.

Update Your Browser

If your videos are freezing or buffering, check that you are using the most up to date browser and that your computer is running on the most up to date operating system. You can adjust automatic updates in most computer and browser settings.

Try Another Browser

We always suggest using the Google Chrome browser as our Members have the most success with this platform, however, if you continue to experience difficulty viewing videos you can try a different browser.

Check Your Internet Connection

If you find that videos on all platforms (CLI Studios, Youtube, Netflix, etc.) are not playing properly or are buffering longer than usual, this can indicate a weak WiFi signal or connection. You can try connecting your computer to an ethernet cord or turning WiFi off on your device to strengthen the connection.

Update Your Flash Player

Make sure your flash player is up to date!

Check for Site Blockers

If you are using a device with site blockers on it, you may need to change your settings or try watching our videos on a different device.
