Are there classes for absolute beginners?

We recommend that users have prior dance experience in order to get the most out of this membership. As many dance teachers can attest, there can be a variety of experience levels in a single beginner class. While much of our beginner content is geared towards dancers with previous knowledge in dance, we encourage you to take advantage of our free 7-day trial to see if the program is a good fit for you! The safety of our Members is a top priority for us, and we recommend adjusting or modifying movements as you see fit for your current experience level.
