Why can’t I add a teacher to my account? / It won’t let me add a teacher to my account.

If you are trying to add a new teacher to your account and the box becomes highlighted in red when you enter their email address, it is because their email address is already registered to an existing account in our system.
Please reach out to your Partnership Coach directly or to email@example.com and we are happy to investigate and make any possible changes to their account in order to get them logged in and registered with your studio!
